I needed and easy way to extract the name value pairs from HTML
select statements so I could insert the values into an Access database,
so I came up with a simple MS Word macro to do the work for me using
regular expressions. I just copy the <OPTION> values from the
desired <SELECT> statement and paste them into a blank Word
document. Then I created a button on the toolbar to run the Macro and
let it work its magic.
